Mr. Cardone has been a practicing professional environmental consultant since
1988. He has been the project lead and provided technical expertise for former military,
historic rehabilitation and renovation projects that have received awards from CELSOC
and The Los Angeles Conservancy for Historic Preservation and was featured in
College Planning and Management Magazine. His experience during the initial
phases of the AHERA legislation has provided a solid foundation for his
technical abilities related to the the execution of large, complex environmental
projects. He also has a background in mobile lab analysis, Phase II and
Phase III soil investigations and remediation projects and has provided
extensive environmental construction management for various projects
during his career. His vast technical background and overall
understanding of the regulatory climate ensure that his projects
and clients are provided with the correct solutions.
