Mr. Legerski has been a practicing professional environmental consultant since
1988. He has executed state-wide emergency response, historic rehabilitation and
renovation projects that have received awards from CELSOC and The Los Angeles
Conservancy for Historic Preservation as well as being featured in American School
and University and College Planning and Management Magazines. Mr. Legerski's
educational combination of Architecture and Industrial Hygiene has created a
dynamic approach to project planning, design, execution and construction.
His extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, construction process
and sequencing of activities continually provide our clients and project
teams with "outside of the box" solutions that result in successful
