Mr. Bove has been a practicing environmental consultant since 1986 and has an
extensive knowledge of construction management as well as environmental issues. His responsibilities include project consulting, technical and contractual abatement
specification development for hazardous materials including, but not limited to
asbestos, lead, heavy metal surface and soil contamination issues,
comprehensive building survey management, and management program
design and implementation. He is also responsible for cost estimating and
serves as owners’ representative for managing hazardous materials abatement services. His 24 years experience in construction enables
him to work as an integral project team member and design projects
that deal with demolition, historic preservation, ADA compliance and
seismic upgrade as it pertains to hazardous materials.
